Prices are all-inclusive and cover electricity and gas, cleaning,
linen and towels (changed once a week) internet and telephone rental.
(We have an 'honesty box' for calls made).
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on confirmation of
booking and the balance eight weeks before the commencement of the
rental period. Cancellations can be made up to this point, without
financial penalty (except for the non-refundable deposit) but not
after, although we will use our best efforts to sell the period in
question, in which case a pro rata refund will be given.
A ‘security deposit’ of £200.00 is payable at the same time as the
balance of the rental. This is to cover possible damage or
breakages. It will be banked but will be refunded in full once our
local representative has had an opportunity to check the house and
the keys have been returned.
We ask guests not to arrive before 3.30 pm on the day of arrival and
to depart by 10.30 am on the day of departure, so as to allow our
cleaning lady time to turn the house round.
We regret that Webbers is unsuited to children or the disabled. One
well-behaved dog may be allowed, for which a supplementary cleaning
charge of £10.00 is made. Separate ‘dog notes’ will be sent to those
interested.
