Webbers is a Grade 2 listed cottage, available for
holiday lets,
in the enchanting village of Gittisham in East Devon.

The accommodation at
Webbers comfortably accommodates two people and consists of:
The front door leads
into a vestibule, with hooks for coats etc, leading in turn into the
Sitting room
(16 ft 6 in x 11 ft 4 in), with a window overlooking the village
green and the church. The room is comfortably furnished with a
sofa, armchair, coffee table, desk, TV and telephone (with
internet access).
The sitting room is carpeted throughout by a high-quality fitted
oatmeal-coloured carpet.
An
inglenook
fireplace with large oak lintel contains a gas fire,
supplemented if need be by a wall-mounted double gas-fired
radiator.
Kitchen
(14 ft 6 in x 7 ft 10 in). This leads off the sitting room.
Fully fitted, bespoke kitchen units have integrated appliances –
dishwasher, washing machine, fridge (with freezer box), oven and
hob, plus a double sink. A microwave, kettle, coffee-maker and
toaster sit on the oak-topped units. At the dining end is an old
pine table and chairs.
From the sitting room an old-fashioned ‘winder’ stair case leads
to the first floor.

First floor at Webbers
Bedroom (13 ft 5 in x 10 ft 1 in).
This has a window overlooking the village green and the church
and a large (5 ft) comfortable and firm double bed, with high
quality 100% pure cotton white bed linen, bedside
tables with lamps, and a chair. There is a walk-in
wardrobe, with an antique chest of drawers. The bedroom is
carpeted by a high-quality oatmeal-coloured carpet and heated by
a double gas-fired radiator.
BathroomAlso on the
first floor, but with a separate entrance to the bedroom, is a
fully-equipped modern white bathroom. This has a full-sized
bath, with shower overhead, wash basin and loo. There is a
window with rear aspect and a double gas-fired radiator, plus a
heated towel rail.
